This specialized model of the Hawk Versaulter, equipped with the Orbitopter Unit, is designed for space-based operations carried out by the elite Space Mobile Squadron. Outfitted with an enhanced head unit packed with advanced sensors, this machine excels at orbital maneuvers, base assaults, and intercepting enemy squadrons. Typically deployed in coordinated formations, the Hawk Versaulter / OU operates alongside the Aggressive Versaulter / DU, serving as its commanding unit.

The Hawk Versaulter / OU functions in tandem with the Orbitopter Unit, a versatile support craft that sustains operations in the energy-scarce environment of space. While the two can separate for close-range combat, the Orbitopter remains fully controllable through remote protocols and easily reconnects when needed. Together, they combine the strengths of a mothership and lander, creating a flexible and formidable system for both offense and defense.

As part of the Tactical Mover series—also known as “HARD-DIACLONE”—this release emphasizes the military sci-fi side of the Diaclone universe.
